Chuck Morris

Charles C. Morris is the Founder and CEO of Warren & Morris LLC. He has been involved in the executive search business as a developer and owner since 1981. He directs executive searches and business development in the wireless communications, cable television, broadband, advanced technology and digital media (content), cannabis and other early stage ventures, worldwide.

Chuck has worked with many of the leading communications organizations through the rapid growth stages, turn-around environments and in highly competitive situations to deliver key executives at the CEO level to senior management level. He also works closely with venture sources, and investment banking firms on early stage venture search assignments, in addition to key corporate roles for Fortune 500 ventures. He is versed in organizational development, strategic development, funding, business development and human resources consulting.

Chuck was inducted into the Cable Pioneers in 2003, recognizing his contributions in the cable industry. He has presented or served as an expert panelist at numerous national conventions, regional conferences and industry related meetings. Chuck has also served as an expert witness for clients.  He has contributed to a wide variety of published articles regarding recruitment and HR issues. He served as President for two terms and Board of Directors Member, for nine years, with CTHRA (Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association) and is a past Committee member of CTAM.

A graduate of Plymouth State College, New Hampshire, Chuck served in the U.S. Marine Corps Air Wing for four years and received meritorious promotions to the rank of Sergeant, he was honorably discharged in 1978. Chuck is an avid surfer, skier, coach and outdoorsman; He resides with his wife in Maui and Central California.  They have four children, all currently pursuing careers across the world

CHIP COSSITT

Charles “Chip” Cossitt has 26 years of executive search experience, including 19 years of retained search experience and 7 years of publicly traded- agency search.  He has successfully placed executives across multiple industries, including Manufacturing, Software Development, Telecommunications, Wireless, Broadband, Cannabis and Retail.  Chip has worked with early stage start-up companies, small to medium sized businesses and large publicly traded companies.  Chip has successfully placed all levels including C-level, SVP, EVP, VP, Director, Manager and individual contributor across all functions including Executive Leadership, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.

Chip is married with two children, resides in Laguna Niguel, California, has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from National University in San Diego and also attended Colorado University in Boulder, Colorado (Go Buffs).  Outside of work, Chip is highly active with his children’s activities, including coaching his son’s baseball and football teams.
