We identify and methodically attract and vet these people, so by the time we submit them, it’s just a matter of the “x-factor”. We firmlybelieve in “Quality versus Quantity” and that a successful, lasting placement does not come from an endless stream of quasi-qualified, ad response candidates… The reality is, it only takes one. One, thoroughly vetted, thoroughly qualified, hit-the-ground running candidate. This is our specialty.
The demand for quality leadership has always been intense, and it is never more so than now.
